Swimming pools can be a great feature of a house, but can also pose a great risk to our families if the correct safety controls are not in place. Not only is it essential to have the pool fenced adequately, but it is a legal requirement to provide a current QBCC Pool Safety Certificate when selling or renting out your property.
As of the 1st of December 2010, pools on properties where there is a house, townhouse, unit, hotel, motel, backpackers or caravan park, need to comply with the new pool safety standards and should have a current Pool Safety Certificate when selling or renting out your property.
Super Inspect will assess and certify your pool area, to ensure it meets the current laws and Australian standards to ensure you are keeping your loved ones safe.
